Services

In-Home Physical Therapy: This is a unique flexibility for patients to be seen in home and in clinic treatment option. This is an opportunity for the PT to provide an extensive in-home assessment to improve safe home environment and provide recommendations for modification, equipment or community resources available!

Out-Patient Rehabilitation: Sports-related injuries

Musculoskeletal Conditions: rotator cuff, neck and shoulder dysfunctions, nerve entrapment, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, epicondylitis, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, meniscal and ACL injuries, acute and chronic pain management, vestibular rehab, Neurologic Conditions and Cardiopulmonary Rehab.

Dry Needling: For acute and chronic pain management using the dry needle and electrical stimulation

Coastal Care Physical Therapy was established due to our dedication and passion to help patients regain functional independence.

We realize the relaxed living condition that has drawn people to this beautiful coastal town has to offer. We would like to meet the growing needs and demands of physical therapy in the coastal communities of lower Sussex County.

Maricryst Birao, PT, DPT is an experienced physical therapist for over 15 years of clinical experience in different clinical settings in acute and sub-acute, outpatient and home health rehabilitation. She has expertise in geriatric rehabilitation, orthopedic /musculoskeletal injuries, manual therapy, work-related injuries, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, acute and chronic pain management, neurologic conditions such as stroke and Parkinson’s rehabilitation, senior fitness and conditioning programs, balance and fall recovery and prevention.
